It’s now easy to fill your freezer at home with custom cut sides or whole locally raised beef, pork & lamb. The butchers at Sutter Meats work hard to present you with the finest quality finished product from the most impeccably raised meat.
The current prices are
- Beef: $6/lb Hanging Weight plus $168 slaughter and E.Coli testing fee
- Pork: $6/lb Hanging Weight plus $80 slaughter fee
- Lamb and Goat: $8/lb Hanging Weight plus $63 slaughter fee
This includes transportation to our store, custom processing and vacuum packaging. The hanging weight is the weight of the carcass, before it is processed into individual cuts. Your take home weight of meat will be about 25%-40% less depending on how you have the meat cut.
